Please rest assured that the executives at ResidentialONE are meeting daily to closely monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our employees, residents, vendors, guests and all aspects of the communities we serve. We are following guidance from the CDC on cleaning and disinfecting and have implemented temporary policies for resident events, hospitality and social distancing in an effort to prevent additional risk.
We will continue working to make sure our residents, employees, clients and partners are informed, cared for and prepared. We remain committed to providing comfort and information to those we serve.
ResidentialONE has the safety and well-being of our team members and residents as a top priority. We are waiving the online payment fee for residents who use PayLease to pay May’s Rent (does not apply to percentage charge associated with credit card fee) and will not be charging any of our residents late fees in May. Please contact your management office for more details and stay healthy!
